Description: For the Elements of Design project, we were either able to work in pairs or alone to complete a mini lesson on the elements of design. We had the option of the medium we would use to present then had to come up with a short activity to solidify our knowledge on the topic.

Extension Activity: The activity Laura and I presented in class is probably one I would use in the classroom. I think it's very unique, interactive, fun, and shows the kids' level of knowledge towards the Elements of Design. For the activity, I cut up little pieces of paper with each element on it. Then I handed the box around and let the kids pick a paper. They will then trace their handprints on a piece of construction paper. They will design their handprints using the element on the slip that they picked. At the end, they will do a gallery walk of their projects.
